Important information for all hunters
You must have a hunters safety card to hunt in colorado if you were born after January 1,1949. The card can be from any state. It is a state law that you carry the card with you while hunting. This is for all hunters, archery, muzzle loader and rifle.

Rifle and muzzle loader hunters must hunt with 500 square inches of blaze orange on their head, chest and back. This is equivalent to a hat and a vest. Camo orange is not permitted .Colorado state law.
You must have a habitat stamp to hunt in colorado, if you were mailed a license from the state, you have already purchased one. If you have a capital h on the top portion of your license you are good.
